Leaps/Jumps/Turns (ages 11-18)

Elevate your dance skills and technique in our dynamic Leaps, Jumps, and Turns Dance Class! This class is designed to focus intensively on mastering the essential elements of dance technique, including leaps, jumps, and turns across various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, and contemporary. Other fitness genres such as pilates, yoga and conditioning may be introduced over the course of the season. This class is recommended for our Team dancer and is also a great way for our Dancing Athletes to stay in shape during their off season.
This class does not perform in our recital.
The following dance attire is recommended for this class.
Leotard or fitted tank tops with dance shorts or leggings
Beige slip on split sole Jazz Shoes or beige half soles.
