This 60 minute class is designed to ignite the passion for dance in young children through a blend of tap, jazz, and ballet. It will provide a well-rounded education of the different dance styles while developing technique, musicality, and artistic expression.  A variety of dance vocabulary, music styles and floor patterns will be introduced. Students also begin to use their own creativity as they receive an introduction to dance improvisation. 

Enroll your child in this class and watch them flourish as they explore the exciting world of dance. 

Children will perform two dances, in a style of the teachers choice, in our annual recital.

The following dance attire is recommended for this class.    

Tights, Leotard, optional skirt or dance shorts

Ballet shoes- Pink Leather (split or full sole) 

Tap shoes-Beige Buckle

Male Dancers: Comfortable pants, t-shirt and Black Ballet Shoes and Black Tap shoes
